The avantages of  Limited (ltd)

The Ltd.. is much less expensive than the Belgian SPRL

• Costs are estimated at 1,600 euros, while they vary between 2,000 and 3,500 euros for the SPRL.

No obligation to release capital

• In the case of the SPRL, it must actually release a capital of 18,600 euros. If partial release of the capital, the founders are leaders in the private sphere. This requirement does not apply to the Limited!

No private liability

• Your private property is always safe.

No liability on the part of founders

• For SPRL, it spans over three years.

The Limited is protected by law in Belgium

• Under European legislation (Directive 68/151/EEC of the European Community), the Ltd.. is equivalent to a Belgian company, thus fully recognized
