The term "tax haven" (as we have seen above) is often used in setting up an offshore company. Specialists themselves prefer that of "tax countries benefit very low, " which is the same. However, the connotation is less assimilated to "tax avoidance".
The administrative clearance is all there is more legal. The registration of a company in another country, whether offshore or just outside, is perfectly legal and is the subject of International Conventions (The Hague).
Here is an extract from the decree 92-521 of 16 June 1992: "Every natural or legal resident of the European community has the right to create a society in the country of their choice without having to be tax residdent."

One of my friends told me that it is immoral to use "tax havens", what do you say to that?
If these people are proud of their patriotism and eager to settle their tithe, that is their choice and we will certainly not blame them ... Just pity them a bit! Shame to hear that tax havens are a refuge for white-collar criminals and for the mafias.
If this is the case, why why 80% of the money circulating in the world goes through these financial markets, why all the international banks, multinational corporations ALL, and ALL the great of this world are they using tax havens ? Would not it really a good reason that we definitely want to shut up?? If I create an offshore structure, will I be liable to a tax audit? What we advocate is not illegal, so there is no reason for the attention of your government taxes you to be awake and reprimand. Only the actions of a criminal nature such as money laundering, tax evasion, illegal trade of weapons or drugs may be of interest to authorities, not the activities of law-abiding citizens seeking only to protect their property and reduce as legally possible the tax burden.
