Legal recognition of the Limited

Since September 2003, it is perfectly possible to start a business in Belgium as a Limited company

• In its decision (C167/01),on the 23rd of September 2003 the European Court considered that all societies of the European Union were on the same footing.
• But what many entrepreneurs do not realize is that to register the type of company LIMITED (abbreviated Ltd.), with the "BCE" Belgian poses no problem and it is fully recognized.
• In England, there is no tax liability and the VAT, only the obligation to complete an annual return of 250 euros.

The Limited is the safest company form in Belgium

• You can exploit this issue without any type of company in Belgium (as outside our borders) and you have a belgian company number.
• There is no private liability, and even less accountability on the part of founders. Even if you have gone bankrupt or are still in bankruptcy, the Ltd allows you to restart your normal activities.
• In short, this type of company offers optimal protection and allows you to separate your private interests and your professional interests. This is not a luxury in our times!
